Q.

hi doctor,It has been 3 months since i had c section..when can i start exercising? like planks, squats,lunges?and how can I reduce my weight and my tummy? any diet plan need to be followed? please help me..thanks in advance

A. Hello dear, First let your stitches dissolve completely..and Once your body is absolutely perfect then start with exercises..Start with walking and gradually with exercises..and yes take care of the fat which is present in the diet..
