From when c-section mother can start exercising?

A. after 3 to 4 months you can go for simple exercise and if there is no problem as well as no pain and exertion on simple exercise then gradually you can shift to moderate exercise but start with simple brisk walking as well as yoga

A. After six months brisk walk is allowed and proper exercising rafter about 10 to 12 months of delivery because the internal stages of a C-section mother takes lot of time to heal so you’ll have to work according to that
