being a Physiotherapist I suggest you can start exercising 3 months post c section...till that time your body will be healed...and so is the ideal one to start exercise
and also if you start exercising early like I said after 3 months your muscles will be strengthened easily and early which is helpful to avoid further c section related issues such as low back pain and other issues..
Gradually start exercise... don't exert...

U Can start working out after about 8 to 10 months of your delivery once your internal external stitches are going to heal completely after that you can go ahead with any kind of exercise that you want to and before that you will have to take a guidance from your gynaecologist if she says that you can go ahead with it then you can go ahead with
