when we start exercising after c section

A. better to wait for 6 months after cesarean section to do any moderate exercises like brisk walking yoga etc you have to take lot of water green leafy vegetables less of fats and carbohydrates

A. hello there ma'am please do not worry about it too much and it is always advisable to evaluate once wotb your gynecologist in person whenever you want to start any excercise after the c-sec. and also hav more green leaves vegetables and dairy products. take care
