Q.

#asktheexpert when to start exercising for weight lose after delivery? and what kind of exercise to be done? should I need to make any changes in my diet intake?

A. hi please do the following things: start to do exercises or yoga regularly after 6 months of delivery. do exercises like pilates , gentle jogging etc till that Walk walk and walk don't use vehicle for short distance it couple of bites less than usual. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables fruits more avoid taking processed oily spicy food increase your fluid intake drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning
