after how many days of c-section can we start exercising?? and what type of exercise should be done??

A. after 4-6 months as you feel healed up you can start start with brisk walking or yoga or low intense exercise first gradually increase the intensity restrict the sugar and sweet intake avoid oily and spicy foods
