after ceserian how to reduce weight?when should I start exercising?what type of exercise can be done ? what about diet?

A. Hi Mom, do not worry, start having a healthy and balanced diet. include whole grains, millets, dals and pulses, milk and milk products, fresh and seasonal fruits and vegetables, healthy fats in small quantities and adequate water. add small mid-meals after 2 hours and regularize your meal timings. avoid carbonated beverages, processed, fried and junk foods, refined flour, excess salt, sugar and fats. you can start with walk, yoga or some exercise.

A. Hi parent please include green tea instead of coffee and tea please avoid sugar more than two tea spoon per day please take one bowl of salad before taking meals please do some exercise and yoga at early morning for one hour daily
