what kind of exercise is to be done after C-section to reduce weight? when can exercise be started?

A. Hi You can start exercises like walking , simple yoga now. Proper low calorie diet can be started after baby completes 6 months so that baby is not completely dependent on breastmilk for growth

A. Hi mom Start with the exercise after six months of delivery. Then u can start with yoga. Surya namaskar aasan will help u to shed extra kilos from your body. U can also do cycling, jogging, walk to reduce weight
