A. Hi mom U can start with yoga . Surya namaskar aasan will help you to reduce your belly fat..Or u can start with crunches. Avoid eating high calorie food like sugary bakery junk and oily food. Have warm lemon honey water daily empty stomach in the morning to burn fat
