#asktheexperts hi mam, when can we start exercising after c section and what kind of exercise can be done for tummy reduction and pelvic strength

A. You can do Keagle exercises as of now if you can ask your Dr helps in tightening up the vaginal muscles as well as it is good for the vaginal area and the pelvic zone apart from that when you talk about exercising that can be after 6 to 8 months of your C-section
