#asktheexperts can I start exercising after 5 month of c-section.

A. after c section you can start with exercise between 4-6months as you feel cured and heeled up.. start with brisk walking or yoga or some exercise, low intense at the beginning.. take care of diet.. restrict sugar sweet intake avoid oily spicy foods.. drink plenty of water..
