A. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you start any routine. all the best.

A. good afternoon you should not try to do any exercise for at least 7 to 8 months after the delivery in after that if you are comfortable you can definitely go ahead and start exercise
