#AskTheExpert 4 months back I had C-section delivery. Can I start doing exercise. And which type of exercise I can do.

A. hi mom good morning yes u can start doing exercises along with the strict diet control .. u can start with brisk walk yoga gradually increase acc to ur gittness level

A. If your fit then you may start with basic exercises like walking. Atleast one hour of walking every day czn give you good results. You can also do basic yoga exercises regularly especially surya namaskaram, pranayma these are very beneficial of your body is really fit then you can also go the gym for workout. Start with very simple firm of exercise
