When can a start exercising post c section? What type of exercise is beat suitable to increase stamina flexibility strength.

A. after 6 months of cesarean section you can do some exercises like brisk walking jogging yoga etc For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .
