Hi. When can I start mild exercising post C section?

A. after six months of cesarean section trOnly way to lose excess fat is to do moderate exercises alike brisk walking yoga will help take diet less in fats and carbohydrate lot of green leafy vegetables and seasonal fruits

A. hello post 1.5 months or 2 months you can start with simple excercise if you have recovered completely which them would be safe and not a problem.. also you should be doing walki g on a regular basis and also have a healthy and nutritious well balanced food in the diet
