#asktheexpert after how many months i can start exercising post c-section? and after c-section i am going through gastritis problem is there any solution for that?

A. After About 10 months of delivery you can start working out according to your choice and as of now if you’re having too much of gastric troubles then make sure that you add decent amount of ginger powder into your food and little bit of carrom seeds into the Roti or Paratha that you are eating because that will help a lot and don’t eat anything which is heavy to digest
