after delivery wat kind exercise should be done .

A. you can start walk. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios tooCut on salt in diet. take lots of fluids and a high protein diet. avoid standing or sitting with legs hanging down.

A. good morning I would not recommend you to do any exercise at the moment it is advisable that you take complete rest for a couple of months after the delivery after that you are comfortable you can start
