Pomegranate Smoothie

This smoothie beats most of its kind on taste, and from the nutritional point of view, it is anti-oxidant rich. It’s main ingredient, pomegranate, is also rich in vitamin C, B5, and potassium. Combine these with the nutritional aspects of apple and carrot, and it’s a glassful of health. Enjoy!

  • 1 cup pomegranate juice
  • 1 apple, cored
  • 1/2 carrot
  • 1 tsp Sugar (optional)

Method

Step 1

Add the juice, followed by the soft fruit.

Blend on high for 30 seconds or until the smoothie is creamy.
