How to Have Clear Skin in Your 30s in 2022
Everyone loves to have clear skin. Due to today’s hectic life and schedule, it becomes impossible to take care of your skin. Here are a few tips which you can find helpful.
How Do You Begin?
Taking care of your skin takes four simple steps. if you follow them regularly you will get great results.
1. Facewash
You need to have a good facewash. If your skin is acne-prone and you have dark spots, look for products that have glycolic and salicylic acid. Both of these help in removing dead skin and clean your pores making it soft and smooth. The only precaution I would suggest is don’t overuse it on a daily basis. 2-3 times a week is also best for that bright face.
2. Toner
Use a good toner which doesn’t contain alcohol. Look for ingredients like glycolic acid, green tea extract, cucumber, and honey. A toner is used to remove bacteria, excess oil and dead skin which clog pores.
3. Moisturiser
Nowadays you get moisturizers with SPF. Try to get these as you don’t need to buy additional sunscreen. Moisturiser shouldn’t be very oily as it will clog your pores. There are different moisturizers containing salicylic acid, glycolic acid, and vitamin C. Try as much as possible to use products which have natural ingredients.
4. Anti-ageing Cream
A very important part of skincare which is to avoid thinking that now is not the right time. My dermatologist said that one should start using anti-ageing cream after 25 years of age itself.
Look for products with collagen, retinol, vitamin C and antioxidant ingredients.
Whichever product you use, make sure it doesn’t have paraben and alcohol. They speed up your ageing process and you wouldn’t want to age soon, right?
