A. better not to go for moderate exercises you can go for mild exercise like walking For further advice it is advisable to consult your local doctor for appropriate examination if there is need for investigations also then only proper treatment can be given to you o . K .

A. hi dear mom..normal.walking is fine. but if you wanna do yoga or any kind of exercise.. that has proteins be done under a professional trainer.....don't exert yourself..remain active.... have healthy pregnancy
