there's no restriction of foods now, add whole grains cereal etc dal pulses, eggs, nuts , etc

Have nuts frequently and nuts milkshake. If your breastfeeding you should avoid having chocolate, spices, citrus fruits, Avoid fishes in high mercury content, avoid tea coffee, eggs, wheat, cauliflower, cabbage, proceeded foods, mangoes, prunes, corn, Broccoli..
