hi . what kind of food I can eat after pregnancy in 1st week

A. So basically your lactating mother so you should definitely have high and protein rich diet into your diet plenty of fluids and along with that basic food which is not heavy for you to digest so prefer having vegetables which are more of water based like you can go for a bottle gourd you can go for cucumber you can go ahead with a bitter gourd you can eat one or any of these things which are healthy
