Include variety of seasonal fruits and vegetables.
Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products.
Healthy fats from almonds, flaxseed.
Have adequate fluid intake.
As a breastfeeding mother, you should have one additional meal as compared to earlier because nutrition requirements for breast feeding mothers are high.

keep yourself well hydrated increase the water intake
avoid chana chole rajma cauliflower cabbage it may cause digestion issues
