my weight pre preganncy 72 nd post pregnancy 96 now 86 plz help me reduce weight

A. Hi To lose weight, you can do this 1. Include low calorie but nutrient dense foods like vegetables, Dal's, pulses, low fat milk, paneer, egg whites, buttermilk, fruits on your diet 2. Avoid sugar, sweets. junk & fried foods 3. Make sure you do exercise for 45 minutes daily
