Hello mom first of all it is very important that you recover very well from your delivery and then be mindful of what you eat and avoid too much sugary foods, refined and processed foods as well. As of now too much of restriction cannot be imposed on you, as you are a lactating mother too so it will effect your quality of feed also.
You can start with postnatal exercises suggested by your gynaecologist first and then gradually you can start workout from 30 to 45 minutes a day

you should consult a qualified dietitian for appropriate results meanwhile have good proteins like dals eggs chicken paneer soya curds tofu have a variety of vegetables and fresh fruits and hydrate yourself well as you are also breastfeeding the baby
