Q.

I want to ask a question for my self,I have done c section delivery one month back and I have gained soo much weight. I want to do exercises and diet please let me know the proper diet plan and exercises. and I don't want to stop lactation.

A. Hi It is not possible to start a very low calorie diet since you're breastfeeding you can eat nutritious foods like dal, vegetables, fruits, nuts, egg, fish, paneer Avoid junk foods, fried foods & sugar You can walk daily avoiding weight gain
