Q.

I am 2 month postpartum with c section, when should i start yoga, pranaym and exercise for my well being.

A. then you rest. see when there are skin lesions you cant comment online. best approach will be to show to to a near by doctor who can give opinion n treat. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.

A. Once you are fully recovered and prepared mentally and physically consult your gynecologist and get a green signal from her and then maybe you can start doing some exercises start with light exercises like yoga walking etc and gradually make it intense do yoga pranayam under a professional yoga instructor
