from when should I start yoga or exercise after c-section for tummy pouch..?

A. About 8 to 10 months when the doctor says that your physically fits to go for it that’s the right time for you wearing you can go ahead with yoga and all other exercises because you’re internal external stitches should be properly healed before you go for any workout
