The camel pose is the best yoga after delivery to reduce the weight around the tummy, along with strengthening all the major muscles of the body.
NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello after about 30 days or 45 days once you feel you are recovered completely you can then slowly start with yoga or any other exercise in a slow pace which should not be a problem but do not strain too much and start slowly which would be good and nothing to worry
