#asktheexpert when can i start my exercise regime including yoga after c section. its been 13 weeks since my c section

A. you can after six months only of a section ok. a lot of brands will be trying to impress you but you try to see your need and cost. thats better always. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. Hello mom You can only start your daily routine exercise once your baby turned six months old. And after that in starting few months you should do our basic workout and with the time you can increase it. Till the time you can cut the calories intake and add more fibre and protein in your regular diet plan
