A. good morning mom .. u should wait till 3 months post delivery .. after that u can start if there were no complications in ur post op period ... take care

A. Hi parent About eight to nine months after c section and make sure stitches are healed. You may start light yogasana after six months . Take complete rest upto three months. Take sunbath daily Don't use RO water
