Q.

hello. I had c section and completed 5th month of postpartum. can I start yoga or some little exercise for my tummy fat?

A. you can start with regular daily walking followed by mild exercise after a few days and then slowly move on for heavy workouts after 7 months The camel pose is the best yoga after delivery to reduce the weight around the tummy, along with strengthening all the major muscles of the body

A. wait for atleast six months after postpartum. after that you can start with simple stretches.

A. After completing the time of six months you should go ahead with regular walk not brisk walk but regular walk and another exercise after 8 to 10 months of your delivery as your internal stitches need to be completely healed for before that
