Hello Have small and frequent meals Start your meal with a glass of water and salad Include protein with every meal like paneer, dal, beans, egg , oats, sprouts, soya, chicken , curd, milk Reduce intake of sugar, sugary drink , fried food, sweets, maida, bread and biscuits from diet Have 2-3litre of water every day Include chia seeds in your daily routine Workout like walking or yoga 35-45 mins every day

A. to lose weight you can start with brisk walk or yoga or low intense exercise at first and then gradually increase the intensity cardio exercises or zumba classes take care of your diet restrict sugar and sweet intake keep your self well hydrated
