Have small and frequent meals
Start your meal with a glass of water and salad
Include protein with every meal like paneer, dal, beans, egg , oats, sprouts, soya, chicken , curd, milk
Reduce intake of sugar, sugary drink , fried food, sweets, maida, bread and biscuits from diet
Have 2-3litre of water every day
Include chia seeds in your daily routine
Workout like walking or yoga 35-45 mins every day

and then gradually increase the intensity cardio exercises or zumba classes
take care of your diet
restrict sugar and sweet intake
keep your self well hydrated
