It has been 14 months since the baby was born. I have lost a lot of weight. My weight at the time of delivery was 68 kgs and now it is 48 kgs. Is it normal to lose this much weight? Weight before pregnancy was 55 kgs approx

A. No no you have lost amount of weight in such a small span of time I would recommend you to get yourself tested for hyperthyroid and also consult your doctor for a proper diet which will help in increasing the weight over the period it’s important that you taken an advice with a nutritionist as well
