Q.

Hi, I am a mother of a 4 month old girl... I had my delivery through C section and I have gained a lot of weight. Can I start exercising?

A. hi dear mum , it is generally ok to start exercising after 4 mths of c section but it is better to consult with ur gynec once as each body heals differently start with less vigourous routine

A. yes,you can start with light exercise like walking, streching etc.
