Q.

I have gone through C-section for my delivery. this is my first delivery and due to C-section I have gained a lot of weight though weight is balanced but my belly fat is still seems to be as I am still pregnant of almost 6 month. can anyone suggest what to do

A. Drinking lemon water after C-section is the safest way to detox and get rid of the excess belly fat. You can walk daily half an hour. avoid eating junk, oily sugary food

See initially doctors that is why they advised to put on a bed because that is going to help in keeping your stomach in place so that it does not become saggy but as of now I will only tell you that you start working out later once you complete about 8 to 10 months of your delivery because that you will be physically fit to go ahead with any kind of exerciseWrite Your Answer Here
