To reduce weight after delivery, especially around the belly, us to take care of your diet and include fiber and protein rich foods alongwith variety if fluids. Restrict intake of foods like potato, rice, sugar, fried and packaged foods. Do skin toning exercises like brisk walking, jogging, squats, cycling, breathing and Yogasanas. Drinking warm lemon or jeera water first thing in the morning will help too.
