Hello ma’am You should start doing a brisk walk or running in the morning whatever suits you the best and if you have time more than that on your hand then you can start doing yoga or gymming whatever suits you and take a diet from a dietician and go for a walk in the evening as well probably would them sometime you start losing your weight
