helo everyone, after c-sec after how many months can i start workouts??not weight lifts only cycling( cardio) please help me

A. Hello mom Would suggest you to recover well first and approximately 4 to 6 months would be ideal enough to start out the workouts try not to lift weights and all that is you have to do it slowly and steadily
