I have been breastfeeding my baby exclusively for about 3.5 months now...but am not losing any weight, kindly guide me. let me know what kind of workouts I can include in my routine? can I do cycling?

A. hello yes you can start with the cycling provided you are comfortable and you feel you have recovered which then should not be a problem for few minutes in a day and also you can be doing walking and some simple exercise and have a healthy diet which will help reduce your weight
