it's been one year I had c- section. can I do weight lifts and skipping?

A. Hello Yes now you can start exercising. since you're Breastfeeding your baby, ensure to take diet rich in proteins, healthy fats. vitamin, minerals. Do not go for extremely low calorie diet or it may cause Deficiencies.
