In some time, your baby will start eating other foods too apart from breastmilk. So you can safely start workout.

it is always advisable to do any workout after 6 months of delivery or when your operation scars are completely healed..
so wait for few days more
take healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
maintain good hygiene
