hello, Am the mother of 3 months old baby boy. am undergone c sec delivery. when will be the best time to start the workouts please suggest...???

A. hello and good morning dear after c section delivery you have to take proper care of your self.. you can do yoga after completing 3 months of c section delivery.. and slowly you can start work out after completing 6 months of your c section delivery.
