Q.

Hello My C-section was done 6 months earlier and now i have started to workout. I am including zumba and some floor exercises. Now my matter of concern is whether or not I can start working out, as i have no idea about my stiches being heeled or not. pls help.

A. hello it's been 6 months past your delivery and is absolutely safe to be doing the zumba and other workouts which is not a problem and slowly start and do it as per your comfort which should be better and also safe too and do not strain yourself too much also
