Q.

After how many days after C - Section delivery we can start with exercise, yoga, zumba, walking and all such activities?

A. after 6 month usually. you should concentrate on eating healthy food for the first three months instead of weight loss. Continue with breast feeding it helps you to lose weight. Have healthy diet. It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of delivery.
