can u start exercise...mine c section was done 6 month back

A. Hi, after six months of completion you can start with exercise if you do not have any pain while sitting down and bending. Start with basic yoga. Yoga is a best practice to reduce your weight and keep yourself fit and tighten your skin post delivery. Initially start with walking and gradually you can start with exercise.
