Q.

#asktheexperts My baby is 4 months old. I had c-section. when I can start exercising? How much weight I can lift? Are there any special care need to be taken while exercising? I am planning to do yoga at start then will go into gym.

A. after six months you can start off. aerobic is good. avoid too much weight. see more you can ask your own treating doctor. i am sure they will solve all your doubts and guide you

A. UHave to wait up to 8 months of your delivery because once your internal stitches he’ll completely had your doctor advises you to go ahead with work out then only go for a for a workout as of now please do not do any kind of workout the stitches a week you may get hurt also
