#asktheexperts It’s been 5 months since I delivered through c section. Can I do exercise and yoga now? If yes then what to avoid?

A. Hello dear parent! Start walking for at least half an hour twice daily. Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Consult your doctor for evaluation and advice. Good luck and take care
