Hello doctor, I delivered my baby on 20th June 2022 and the baby is from C-Section. when can I start yoga and exercise??

A. hi m9m u can start kegels exercise right now .. u can start yoga and brisk walk after 6 months of lscs acc to ur fitness and recovery level ..
