Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 5 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent, you can go for walking. Start with walk first ad go slow with it too. Then as you get comfortable with walk slow increase the intensity. After 4yh month of c section you can start with simple exercises as by then your stitches will be fully dissolved. Then too begun with light exercises.
